Travis Lupton didn't start in a recruiting firm; he started in the engine room. Beginning in 1995, his career was forged in the high-pressure environments of financial advisory, commercial bank management, and mortgage lending. By 2003, he was a key architect in a mortgage banking operation that scaled across 15 states with a team of 70+ originators.


He didn't just study the markets—he navigated the 2008 collapse from the inside. That experience shifted his focus from managing capital to managing the most critical asset in any institution: The Human Element.

With over 15 years of dedicated recruiting experience, Travis has traded the high-volume "resume factory" model for a surgical, technical approach. He monitors the specific frequencies of the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Legal sectors to identify the producers who power the firm and the architects who design it.
