Travis began his career in the financial industry in 1995 in the Kansas City area, gaining hands-on experience as a financial advisor, commercial bank branch manager, and mortgage lender. In 2003, he played a key role in launching a mortgage banking operation that expanded to 15 states and grew to a team of over 70 originators.

Following the mortgage crisis of the late 2000s, Travis transitioned into the staffing and recruiting industry, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to build a specialized talent acquisition practice. Now with 15+ years of recruiting experience, he focuses on sourcing top-tier professionals for the banking, financial services, insurance, and legal industries, helping organizations secure the leadership and expertise they need to succeed.
