Travis Lupton
Travis started in the financial industry in 1995 in the Kansas City area and worked as a financial advisor, managed a Commercial bank branch and worked in mortgage lending. In 2003 Travis was part of a team that launched a mortgage banking operation that grew to operations in 15 states with a team of over 70 originators. After the mortgage crisis of the late 2000's, Travis began working in the staffing & recruiting industry eventually building a practice focused on the needs of the industries he understands. Travis now has 15+ years in sourcing talent in the financial services, banking, Insurance and legal arenas.
